I have no idea if I ever commented on this before. Regardless, it is one of my favorites. Personally I am quite fond of winter, and this scene brings me such memories of when we grew up on the countryside. We had our own little cottage..and when it snowed we were surrounded by white blnkets of fluffiness untouched by a single footprint. Ooh the memories. This is so beautiful Tricia.
Many thanks Kyle...This is the only oil painting I have done...I got some that you can don't use thinners etc...I am allergic to them...and these can be washed out of the brushes with water!!...I'm so glad it brought back lovely memories of your childhood!!!I am not very patient...and they take so long to dry!
I know just what you mean - I have to keep well away from direct exposure to them too. I'm ok with oils as long as the exposure is not long or right in my face, but as for the meths - oh mama! Does that make me feel ill as soon as I'm exposed it starts.
